Ronda’s wine country is one of Andalusia’s best-kept secrets. This small-group visit takes you to an award-winning winery about 20 minutes by car from the town, where the family who runs it still leads the tours themselves.
You’ll walk the vineyard, go into the cellar to see how the wine is made and aged, and then sit down to a guided tasting of four local wines. Each one is poured alongside Andalusian tapas — cheese, cured meats, olives — and your host talks you through what you’re drinking in plain language, whether or not you know much about wine.
The tasting lasts about 90 minutes. Transport isn’t included in the price: the winery is easy to reach by car or taxi, we send directions when you book, and we can arrange a pickup from Ronda for an extra fee if you’d rather not drive.
